When choosing a base, remember to use spirits that are

clean tasting & uncomplicated. Spirits that are too complex may

overpower your infusion.

Infuse in the refrigerator for a chilled drink.

For water infusions, you can infuse with fruits & herbs twice.

You can also try an infusion with coconut water

or sparkling water!

Once infused, strain the liquid through a fine- mesh

to remove the solids. You can use a strainer or just a coffee filter.
