Infuse Berry Beautiful with liquor (best with tequila, vodka, white rum, red wine, or water). Once infused, pour 1 oz of Love Elixir into a chilled highball glass & top with chilled sparkling water.

VIRGIN BB MOJITO

Infuse Berry Beautiful with water (infuse with rum for an alcoholic version). In a highball glass, layer 2-3 cut lime wedges, 4-8 mint leaves, 2-3 strawberries, then muddle the mixture for about 15 seconds. Add infused Berry Beautiful to the muddled mixture, then add ice. Top off with sparkling water, stir contents & then garnish with with a mint branch & a strawberry.

Infuse Love Elixir with liquor (best with vodka, gin or rum). Once infused, pour a single measure of Love Elixir, 1 teaspoon of coconut syrup*, sparkling water & ice into a shaker & shake, shake, shake. Strain contents into a glass & garnish with an orange wedge & shredded coconut flakes on the rim.

COCONUT SYRUP*

To make coconut syrup, place 1/2 cup of filtered water into a pot on medium-high. Once boiling, add 1 cup of coconut sugar & reduce to low heat. Stir for 4-6 minutes, remove from heat & let cool. Makes about 1 cup.

Infuse Golden Girl with liquor (best with vodka, gin, bourbon or rum). Once infused, pour a single measure of Golden Girl into a shaker with ice & add a splash of fresh orange juice. Shake, Shake, Shake. Serve chilled over frozen mangos & garnish with a dash of black pepper.

Golden Margarita

Infuse Golden Girl with tequila (we prefer tequila reposado) Once infused, start by prepping your glass; Run a juicy lime wedge around the rims, then dip the glass in himalayan pink salt & set aside. In a shaker with ice add 2-3 oz of Golden Girl & 2-3 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice. Shake Shake Shake until cold. Strain content into prep glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

 

ROCK-A-BYE-BETTY

Infuse Salut’s Sweet Whispers blend with Tequila Reposado. Once infused, pour a single measure of Sweet Whispers, 1 ounce of apple juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Agave Nectar, 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice & ice into a shaker & shake, shake, shake. Prepare your glass with a Himalayan salt rim & Cinnamon powder then & add ice. Strain contents into a glass with ice & garnish with a Chamomile Flower.

FLORAL VIBES

Infuse Salut’s Sweet Whispers blend with Vodka, Gin or Rum. Once infused, pour a single measure of Sweet Whispers, 1 ounce of apple juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Agave Nectar into a shaker & shake, shake, shake. Strain contents into a chill glass & garnish with one sprig lavender blossoms.

ESPRESSO MARTINI COCKTAILS

OUR NEW YORK ESPRESSO MARTINI

Infuse Espresso Martini with Our/New York Vodka (our vodka of your choice). Once infused add 2 oz of Espresso Martini, 1 Espresso Shot, 1 tsps of Reishi Coconut Syrup* into a shaker with ice & shake, shake, shake. Strain contents in a martini glass & garnish with cocoa nibs & dry rose buds.

Reishi Coconut Syrup* 

To make reishi coconut syrup, place 1/2 cup of filtered water into a pot on medium-high. Once boiling, add 1 cup of coconut sugar & 4-6 slices of reishi mushroom, then reduce to low heat. Stir for 20-25 minutes, remove from heat & let cool. Makes about 1 cup.

NOT SO CLASSIC ESPRESSO MARTINI

Infuse Espresso Martini with Vodka (or liquour of your choice). Once infused add 2 oz of Espresso Martini, 1 Espresso Shot, 1 tsps of Maple Syrup into a shaker with ice & shake, shake, shake. Strain contents in a martini glass & garnish with coffee beans. 

SALUT AFFOGATO

Infuse Espresso Martini with Dark Rum (or liquor of your choice). Add ice cream scoop to cocktail glass. For a guilt-free pairing, we love it with Abbott Kinney's Coco Frost  .Strain and pour 1 oz infused Espresso Martini into glass over ice cream. Option to add nuts or espresso beans for crunch.

 

BLOODY WELL COCKTAILS

THE MORNING AFTER

Infuse Bloody Well with Vodka. Prep tall glass by adding olive oil and then sea salt to the rim. Squeeze half a lemon into glass. Strain and pour 2-3 oz of infused Bloody Well into glass. Top off with Tomato Juice & garnish with a lemon peel.

GREEN MAGIC

Infuse Bloody Well with Vodka, Tequila or Mezcal. Make green juice. Strain and pour 2-3 oz of infused Bloody Well into glass. Top off with Green Juice & garnish with celery, cucumber, and lemon wheel.

 

MAGIC SPICE COCKTAILS

MAGIC SPARKS

Infuse Magic Spice with liquor or Wine (best with bourbon, whiskey or white Wine). Once infused, pour 1 oz of Magic into a chilled highball glass & top with chilled sparkling water. 

HOLIDAY MARGARITA

Infuse Magic Spice with tequila (we prefer tequila gold) Once infused, start by prepping your glass; Run a juicy lime wedge around the rims, then dip the glass in sea salt with cinnamon & set aside. In a shaker with ice add 2-3 oz of Magic Spice & 2-3 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice. Shake Shake Shake until cold. Strain content into prep glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick & a star anise.

VEGAN WHISKEY SOUR

In a shaker with ice add 1 tbsp aquafaba, shake for 30 seconds until frothy. Then add 3 oz of Magic Spice & 2 oz of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. (You can also add 1 tbsp of maple syrup for some extra sweetness) Shake all ingredients together thoroughly. Strain content into an ice-filled glass & garnish with star anise.
